2007 trip in Thailand start Jan 10,
Mon Jan 22'07 Bangkok, Thailand
|
| |
Hoo!! Where do I start... with the brand new Bangkok airport that I landed at, or the two days of being heavily jet lagged, or the stressful couple of days it took to set up my internet connection? It seems like I better not put those bad experiences in detail because I let go of them already.

The Magic Powers of Gemstones,

Amethyst – It is the stone of spirituality and contentment. Amethyst bestows stability, strength, invigoration, and peace. It is warm and cuddly as well as regal and ruling. It has been used to encourage and support sobriety. It is an excellent stone for one who is attempting to find freedom from addictive personalities (oneself or another). Calming, strong, protective qualities, healing, divine love and inspiration. |

Emotions are us
Fri June 28'06

|
Throughout our lives, we often experience emotions that disturb or distress us. Most of time our reaction always is to push it away. By acting that, we slow bury our emotions, and deny the strength of our feelings. There, they slowly remain unresolved and unable to emerge, then they will affect the way you experience the world. |

I have been worrying about calling my mother for about two days. I wonder why? I just miss her more than ever which it is not normal.
I was born in the family that raises us very independence, so we do not have a very close relationship amount each other. This type of family is not quite common in Thai cultures. |

Meditation talk at Zaadz.com
Sun June 11'06
Chandler, Arizona
|
| |
I have been joining Zaadz.com, social networking for a period of time. I was so amazed how the web is linking me to others who have the interest to share experiences and getting some advices (for free). I created my own account by putting all the information about who I am, and what my interests. All of those things about me are the keys to link me to others.
Not long ago, I am invited from Albert Brown to join his group “Meditation Encouragement and Sharing.” It was nice. Every time when I read someone else questions, comments and advices, I often tune in to the state of peace and the inner sweetness. I can feel the sensation in the body is opening and my heart is pouring out the joy and happiness. It surely helps to boost up my energy.
I believe in good friends and great communities. I never have a doubt to hang round with those beautiful creatures because they have a great impact on who I am.

It means so much: the smiles from my partner's family
Fri March 10'06

Worapun and I shop together at a large market for the fabrics and other materials for making Attapinya yoga bags. The market is typically very crowded; the sidewalks are always covered with people selling goods, leaving very little room for people to walk. Worapun and I had visited this market many times since my arrival because we kept changing and improving the new designs for the yoga bags to make sure that we were both very happy with the look and also the quality.

Unforgettable memory at Khun Than National Park
Tue Feb 22'06
Lampang, Thailand
|
| |
I have so many great memories after my 16 day vacation in Thailand . The first part of my remarkable journey was to travel and stay at Doi Khun Than National Park. To make the trip a bit more interesting, I decided to travel by train. Late one evening, I packed my bag and took off from Bangkok and arrived at the Khun Than Railway Station early in the morning.

Memories of Chiangmai Travels
Sun Feb 25'06
Chiangmai, Thailand
|
| |
I caught the train at the Khun Than Railway Station for my next destination, Chiangmai city, a famous destination in the north. I love Chiangmai very much compared to Bangkok . The city is much smaller, the people are generally more friendly, and it still feels safe, innocent. Because I grew up in the south of Thailand , their local accent sounds so cute to me.
