All returns, exchanges and replacements MUST be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of your order.

• Please contact us immediately if your order arrives with incorrect items, damaged items or items with defects. In this case, merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange with all shipping costs covered by Attapinya.


• If you aren't satisfied with your purchase(s), we will gladly exchange part or all of your purchase for another item(s) or for monetary credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please also note that some items labeled "Special Occasion" can not be returned or exchanged.


• Please email us at info@attapinya.com or call 480-626-2697 BEFORE returning items, stating the order number, and which item(s) you'd like to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number , form and the return mailing address via email as soon as possible. We will not process items without an RMA number.


• Merchandise must be carefully packed in a sturdy box. We will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping. If possible, package return items with a copy of the original packing slip.

All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request or charge the restocking fee if it does not comply with this policy.
