If an item is on backorder , our representative will be notified you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you also the expected time frame of your shipment; usually the items will be available with 2-4 weeks.
If you cannot or do not want to wait for the backorder , our representative will personally help you find another item or you will have the option to cancel the order.
