Each handcrafted product is individually unique which colors and patterns may vary. Please accept this as one of the beautiful features of owning an individual piece from Attapinya. Also, many of our items are one-of-a-kind or very limited in quantity, and we make no guarantees of availability.

We have made every effort to display accurate colors in the photographs on this web site; however, due to numerous variations in the settings of your monitor, we can not guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Returns & Exchanges:
All returns, exchanges and replacements MUST be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of your order.
- Please contact us immediately if your order arrives with incorrect items, damaged items or items with defects. In this case, merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange with all shipping costs covered by Attapinya.
- If you aren't satisfied with your purchase(s), we will gladly exchange part or all of your purchase for another item(s) or for monetary credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please also note that some items labeled "Special Occasion" can not be returned or exchanged.
- Please email us at info@attapinya.com or call 480-626-2697 BEFORE returning items, stating the order number, and which item(s) you'd like to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, form and the return mailing address via email as soon as possible. We will not process items without an RMA number.
- Merchandise must be carefully packed in a sturdy box. We will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping. If possible, package return items with a copy of the original packing slip.
All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request or charge the restocking fee if it does not comply with this policy.

Rush Orders:
Attapinya can offer rush delivery for in-stock items for an additional charge over our regular shipping charges. Please email us at info@attapinya.com to be sure that your item is in stock, and available for a rush delivery and for the additional cost to your location.

Methods of Payment:
In order to offer our customers low prices, Attapinya relies upon Paypal for money transactions. Through Paypal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and electronic checks.

Sales Tax:
There is NO sales tax applied to any purchases, except if you live in Arizona State. Attapinya charges 7.8% sales tax to all orders shipped within Arizona State .

Your privacy matters to us. Attapinya shall not share or sell your personal or business information which we collect through our normal business operations.
Attapinya promises to keep your information as secret as we are able, and to use such information only for our business relationship with you or your company.
In addition, we will quickly honor requests for destruction of personal data.

Safe Browsing:
Safety on the internet is rapidly eroding. Attapinya recommends a proactive approach toward guarding personal information,
which of course requires a degree of self-education. If you have not yet taken protective measures for yourself, please allow us to give
some guidance.
Probably the simplest and most effective single step you can make is to abandon the Internet Explorer web browser for an alternative. While there
are several excellent and free replacements, Attapinya recommends Firefox. It is pleasant to use and offers terrific protection "off the shelf".
You need not stop there though, since Firefox is highly customizable. Thanks to hundreds of dedicated digital saints out there, we have a plethora
of Firefox addons to choose from, many of which enhance its security even more.
Suggested security addons are:
- WOT - Adds an indicator that grades sites by their community reputation.
- NoScript - Enables great control over Javascript execution on a site-by-site basis.
- AdBlock - Blocks advertisements and other nasties from loading on your system.
- FlashBlock - Blocks Flash objects from loading, allowing you to pick and choose which Flash to use.
